The Sunrise multi course is very thorough, reflecting our intention to make CFI graduates sufficiently skilled to instruct with the school upon graduation (staff openings permitting).

Multi Engine instructing skills are typically added when flight instructors need them--that is, when they have suffficient experience to be considered for multi-engine students. As a consequence, the Sunrise course assumes prior instructional experience and is designed to build on that experience in preparing applicants for this crucial area of flight instruction.

All Sunrise CFI courses serve as as opportunity for applicants to assure themselves that their understanding of each course area is flawless. At the same time, flight skills are polished to the levels necessary for the graduate CFI to move comfortably from the clasroom into professional flight instructing.
